Your Day

Your dayAt Little Learners we understand the importance of informative learning. Our curriculum is tailored to suit all of the age ranges within the nursery.

Each child has a named member of staff to care for them during their nursery day, in order for the child to build up a special relationship and also enabling continuity of care.
The key worker is responsible for observing the child and recording achievements in areas of learning.

The key worker is also responsible for communicating with carers and reviewing the child's progress in a formal review and informally day to day. Carers are encouaged to ask the key worker about their child's day at nursery.

your dayClothing and Personal Belongings
The learning proces can be a messy one and unavoidable accidents may happen from time to time. A change of clothes should be provided for all children in a named bag. Labelling clothes is also a good idea. Children should be sent to nursery in comfortable, casual clothes which are easy to remove for toileting purposes especially. We ask you to leave your child's coat, hat and mittens as we enjoy making use of our outdoor play area when weather permits.

We discourage the children from bringing their own toys from home as they often get lost or broken.
